I am in my first year of being an elementary school principal in an urban setting. Before that I was a teacher, coach and then a manager at the district level for a bit of time. So far I have learned that I am pretty much thrown into the fire on my own and no one is going to come save me so I wanted to find a safe space to write about my journey so that I can look back upon it and see my growth.
